One common problem is when the page doesn't display formatting properly due to a mismatch between the page being loaded with HTTPS:// and the site URL settings being set to HTTP://. This can easily be fixed by adjusting the site URL in the admin panel.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Access the Admin Panel
Log in to your Droppy admin panel with your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to General Settings
Once logged in, look for the "Settings" tab in the admin panel. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu, and then select "General Settings."
Step 3: Locate Site URL
In the General Settings section, you will find various configuration options. Look for the "Site URL" field. This is where you need to make the adjustment.
Step 4: Update Site URL to HTTPS://
Change the existing URL from HTTP:// to HTTPS://. Ensure that the URL is accurate and reflects the secure protocol.
Step 5: Save Changes
After updating the Site URL, scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for a "Save" or "Update" button. Click on it to save your changes.
