Droppy has the option to enable "debug mode". Once enabled, extra log items will be inserted into a file called droppy.log. These logs can be useful for debugging the upload process.
To enable debug mode, login to your admin panel and head over to the "System" page. On the system page there's a button "Enable" in the Debug mode section.
Once the debug mode status is "true" you should head over to your Droppy home page and try uploading again. This will generate a droppy.log file and after refreshing the system page a download button should show up.
You can check the logs or send the file over when creating a ticket.
